There will be a planned outage of our Tracking Services from Sat 27 Oct 9:00pm AEDT to Sun 28 Oct 2:00am AEDT. This outage is to undertake routine maintenance. Tracking services will be unavailable via the ‘Track Items’ API during this time.
Platform partners using the ‘Track Items’ API will be unable to connect to this service during the outage period - customers will receive a connection error message when trying to connect during this time. All other Shipping and Tracking APIs will remain available. Please note: tracking services may resume earlier than 2:00am Sun 28 Oct.
