There will be a planned outage of our Tracking Services from Sat 1 Sep 9:00pm AEST to Sun 2 Sep 2:00am AEST. This outage is to undertake routine maintenance. Tracking services will be unavailable via the 'Track Items' API during this time. Platform partners using the 'Track Items' API will be unable to connect to this service during the outage period - customers will receive a connection error message when trying to connect during this time.
