Engineers investigated a service impacting outage for our UPS DAP integration from 19:20 UTC to 22:05 UTC. This impacted rating and label purchase. Other UPS accounts were not impacted. Engineers will continue to monitor and provide further updates if necessary. Any failed shipments can be retried.
